Individual Spiritual Direction is a practice of sitting one-on-one with another who is accompanying you on your spiritual journey. This is an opportunity for you to listen into the silence, reflect on the stories of your life and your days, and work with another to make meaning. You are the person who determines the direction and the content of your time in Spiritual Direction, although I may ask questions or suggest a spiritual practice during our time together. This is your time. Together we are listening for the movement of the Divine in your life.

Silence is the backbone of Spiritual Direction. We work together to shape our time together, but I often begin sessions with a period of silence to center ourselves into the space and to help us to pay attention.

The cost for a 50 minute individual spiritual direction session is determined by a sliding fee scale between $60-$90.

Generally, we meet one time a month.
